Responsibilities Lead classroom teaching for Years 7 to 13, delivering IGCSE and/or IBDP/A Level content. Inspire students with a diverse range of talent and ability. Lead by example and support the College’s pastoral care and extra‑curricular programme. Promote a positive learning culture across the community. Apply evidence‑based and innovative pedagogy, personalising and differentiating learning. Set high expectations for every student and empower them to reach their own goals. Collaborate fully with colleagues as a Worldwise Teacher, demonstrating commitment to internationalism, equity and sustainability. Qualifications Experience teaching through Years 7 to 13 and a desire to teach IGCSE and/or IBDP/A Level content. Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection. Ability to work in an international, culturally diverse environment. Professional and collaborative working style with high communication skills.
