Role Summary The Customer Support Executive supports Binal International’s after-sales and service operations by handling customer communications, coordinating service activities, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. This role requires strong ownership, organisation, and coordination in a hands‑on operational environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and internal teams Collect accurate customer, site, and equipment information Log and document service calls, repairs, installations, and warehouse jobs Coordinate schedules with technicians, contractors, and vendors Provide job updates and follow through until completion Assist with basic troubleshooting, quotations, and customer approvals Track warehouse tasks and ensure proper job closure Escalate complex issues and support the operations team as needed Requirements Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic documentation tools Strong organisational, follow‑up, and communication skills Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Willing to learn basic technical concepts Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive What Will Make You Successful Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to prioritise and think ahead Clear communication and follow‑through Comfortable working in an operational, hands‑on role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
