Scope of Work for Assistant Finance Manager You will play a key role supporting both our Australian and Singapore portfolios. This position offers cross-border exposure and hands-on involvement in financial operations. Australian Portfolio Serve as the primary liaison from HQ, working closely with the Finance Director and local teams to oversee financial and operational matters. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen internal controls and governance. Coordinate regularly with outsourced accounting partners on financial accounting, month-end closing and timely management reporting to stakeholders. Liaise with tax agents and company secretaries on corporate tax filings and statutory compliance. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and performance analyses. Monitor and control project expenditure including operational spending, upgrade works and land development costs. Conduct periodic site visits to Australia for operational and financial reviews. Singapore Portfolio Manage a few full sets of accounts, including coordination with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries. Assist in the preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and schedules. Support ad-hoc assignments and finance initiatives as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
