Legal Analyst (1-year Contract) – T. Rowe Price Singapore Join to apply for the Legal Analyst (1-year Contract) role at T. Rowe Price Singapore . The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support to T. Rowe Price’s business operations in Asia Pacific. He/she will work closely with the Legal teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as other members of the EMEA and APAC Global Legal Advisory teams in providing support on funds, separate accounts and other matters. The role covers a wide variety of predominantly asset‑management assignments with primary coverage in Asia ex‑Japan and occasional assignments in APAC, including support to APAC Privacy and Data Protection and APAC Intellectual Property Legal teams. Principal Responsibilities Provide legal support for Asia ex‑Japan institutional and intermediary clients by maintaining and updating internal legal databases and systems, compiling data points and reviewing the content of existing and terminated agreements. Provide legal support on company secretarial matters for T. Rowe Price entities in APAC. Provide legal support for T. Rowe Price Australian unit trusts fund range and T. Rowe Price Funds SICAV fund range registered in APAC, including checking and reviewing offering documents. Support privacy and data protection matters, particularly monitoring legal and regulatory developments in APAC. Preferred (or Essential) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in the asset‑management sector. Preference for exposure in drafting and reviewing contracts. Excellent written and oral skills; Mandarin language skills are a plus. Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external contacts. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
