Responsibilities Strategize and execute specialist manpower planning in collaboration with the team, supporting clinical service line discussions. Monitor workforce stability, conduct basic manpower adequacy analyses, and document outcomes while tracking follow-ups. Manage the end-to-end HR central resourcing process for medical specialists, including interviewing and onboarding. Co-facilitate Total Performance Management for clinicians, including data preparation, analysis, and promotion calibration. Stay updated on medical HR policies and recommend updates to ensure compliance with regulations and contemporary healthcare practices. Provide expert advice on HR policy interpretation, procedures, legislation, and specialist manpower planning. Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives and services. Undertake various projects or assignments as required. Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in business partnering. Proven experience in manpower planning is essential. Resourceful, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Previous HR experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
