Job Descriptions Sustainability Reporting Develop and manage Certis’ Sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare Sustainability reports which are aligned to international standards such as GRI, ISSB S1 and S2 etc. Identify appropriate processes and work closely with various teams to gather relevant information and integrate Sustainability reporting practices across the organization. Manage the data collection, analysis and reporting for Sustainability reports and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Coordinate with and manage external support (i.e. sustainability advisors, consultants or external assurance auditors) with various teams to ensure the deliverables are according to the contract requirements. Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability and ensuring the implications for the organisation are understood and communicated. Develop and execute long-term sustainability plans Develop and execute long-term sustainability plans (including but not limited to reducing carbon emissions, reducing climate-related risks on Certis). Monitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability project implementations. Stakeholder Engagement Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to customers, shareholders, Board of Directors and regulatory bodies). Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance Certis’ Sustainability initiatives. Job Requirements Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting. Professional certifications in Sustainability. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 2-year Contract. Work on world-class security projects renowned for their safety, reliability and efficiency.
