Sustainability Audit: Collate data from various stakeholders; Submit data to IA. Sustainability Initiatives - Waste Audit (Non-Hazardous Waste): Collate data from various stakeholders; Liaise with various stakeholders (internal and external); Site visits; Organise calls and meetings; Review waste report; Prepare data and presentations. Sustainability Initiatives - Education on Reduction of Harmful Gases & Culture: Collate data from stakeholders/3P; Liaise with various stakeholders. Trainings for Working Group Members: Source suitable training programmes; Liaise with various stakeholders (vendor/trainer and internal). Sustainability Stewardship Meeting & Quarterly Group Sustainability Meeting: Collate information before meetings (when necessary); Attend and note taking for next course of action. Quality Summit submission: Liaise with various stakeholders (event team, MAQ and participants); Liaise and support participants with presentation/poster and dry runs. Quarterly 3P Metrics reporting: Collating of data from various stakeholders; Submit to Group Sustainability. Sustainability Events: Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders; Provide support to stakeholders. Food waste management: Site visits; 121 monthly meetings with Sustainability Head; Provide support to Group ad hoc requests (SR report stories, procure endo kits, etc); Complete and send Vendor sustainability questionnaire; Provide data for Company of Good submission; Meetings with Vendor (renewable energy providers); Tracking of Sustainability LMS Training completion. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA). Project Management: Experience managing sustainability projects from planning to execution. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
