Key Responsibilities Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including manpower planning discussions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and post-placement follow-up. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients, including understanding their workforce structure, hiring patterns, and regulatory constraints. Provide professional consultancy to clients on manpower solutions, workforce optimisation, and hiring strategies in compliance with Singapore labour regulations. Assess candidates’ suitability not only based on skills and experience, but also on job sustainability, compliance risks, and employer expectations. Prepare and review recruitment-related documentation, including employment terms, advisory notes, and compliance-related records. Meet and exceed individual recruitment and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards. Stay fully updated with MOM policies, Employment Act requirements, and EA compliance obligations, and apply them accurately in daily operations. Requirements Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) issued by MOM Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment within Singapore, preferably in an employment agency or professional services environment. Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations, work pass frameworks, and recruitment compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to handle complex client cases and difficult candidate scenarios independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage professionally at management level. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
