This person must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a growing company. Collaborates directly with stakeholders and helps guide talent decisions and advises on talent strategy. Gain a thorough understanding of job descriptions and requirements in order to source accurate candidates. Shapes the talent acquisition culture by guiding interviewers on high caliber interviewing / hiring techniques. Subject matter expertise; knows the pulse of recruiting as an industry. Stays abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in recruiting, and be the in-house expert adviser. Champion communication, efficiency and transparency through tools. Provides reports as requested. Utilizes tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Performance of other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience Diploma / Degree with minimum 2 to 4 years in full-life cycle technical recruitment in a dynamic environment recruiting Mid-Senior level IT Professionals. Highly consultative with a professionally polished approach Exceptional interviewing practices and techniques. Experience creating, managing, and tracking an effective advertising campaign to attract qualified talent. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
