Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Transportation (Warehouse and Cold Chain Management) is responsible for planning and implementing complex transportation processes, operations, and technology. He/She develops plans to monitor transportation resource utilization and reviews the efficiency of transportation operations.

Job Function
Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stakeholders and monitoring requirements and activities
  • Participating in a value-based culture and ensuring accountability
  • Adhering to governance, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Leading teams and optimizing resource allocation
  • Implementing operational policies and risk mitigation plans
  • Executing business process improvements and environmental policies
  • Managing WSH activities and safety assessments
  • Reviewing logistics technology applications
  • Maintaining key customer accounts and planning logistics services
  • Overseeing transportation operations, risk management, and resource management
  • Managing cargo handling, documentation, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Transport/Warehouse Operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP/WMS/ERP systems
  • Driving/Vocational licenses are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
  • Singaporean only
