Job Responsibilities Contribute to the Smart IR department in its goal to maximize gaming profit revenue by performing the following: Plan and deliver applications and solutions to drive growth, automation, and enhanced user experience for various marketing, sales, and operation touchpoints. Gather user requirements, analyze, design, develop, and modify applications for successful deployment of new or enhanced solutions. Develop applications by analyzing information, consulting with users, and studying system flows, data usage, and work processes. Maintain and support existing applications tailored for specific business initiatives. Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide application support, troubleshoot, and perform fixes for users. Respond to operational inquiries from various departments. Collaborate with developers, solution architects, business analysts, and IT personnel. Propose and implement tools and solutions for continuous improvement and efficiency. Perform other duties as directed by management. Job Requirements Education & Certification University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience Proficiency in .NET, C#, Vue.js, AngularJS, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS. Knowledge of ACSC, SAS, and gaming software preferred. Experience in app development is desirable. Hospitality or gaming industry experience with a 4-star/diamond property preferred. Other Prerequisites Responsive to inquiries, adaptable to deadlines, and able to prioritize. Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Technically skilled, communicative, and process-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills.
