Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Lead the ideation and execution of design concepts for brand activations, experiential campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Concept Development: Transform client briefs into visually striking creative proposals aligned with brand strategy.
  • Design Execution: Develop 2D design assets across multiple touchpoints (event branding, wayfinding, key visuals, digital content, presentation decks, large-format graphics).
  • Design Execution: Collaborate with 3D, digital, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across physical and digital platforms.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Brand Stewardship: Craft design systems and visual identities tailored to specific activations.
  • Brand Stewardship: Work closely with creative directors, strategists, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Brand Stewardship: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback to elevate design quality across the team.
  • Production & Delivery: Check artwork and specifications for print, fabrication, and digital production.
  • Production & Delivery: Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of design outputs.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience within an agency setting, with a strong desire to deliver 'best in class' creative work and be a creative leader.
  • A strong command of branding principles, experiential design, consumer engagement and digital media, and an understanding of how they need to work together in developing on-brand, on-target solutions.
  • Good understanding of exhibition, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to present and sell ideas effectively and communicate our expertise and work both internally and externally.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and brand activations.
