This role is part of the Impact Forecasting, Aon's Catastrophe Model Development Centre. The global Impact Forecasting team of 170 members based in 5 offices around the world (Prague, London, Chicago, Singapore and Bangalore) consists of scientists, model and software developers and client services colleagues. The main function of the team is to develop, maintain, support and promote the use of catastrophe models for various natural and man-made perils including flood, windstorm, earthquake, fire and terrorism.
We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual who will work with colleagues, clients and prospects to help the adoption of Impact Forecasting's catastrophe models for (re)insurance while focusing on our business goals and targets.

What the day will look like
- Pursuing opportunities and working with leads through the sales cycle
- Conducting technical sales presentations to prospective clients
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Managing several (re)insurer client accounts across APAC and beyond
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with Aon colleagues to drive adoption of the Impact Forecasting models
- Handling requests and communications in a timely, effective, and highly professional manner
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- University degree is desired (business or science or other relevant subject)
- 3-5 years of experience working with clients (account management, business development and/or sales)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), other languages are also welcome
- Confident when presenting and conducting meetings
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good overall computing skills
- Solid persuasion skills and sales-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Availability to occasionally work outside of standard business hours when dealing with overseas clients and colleagues
- Willingness to travel in APAC and globally
