Optimizing Forecasting and Replenishment Specialist

Overview
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of optimized forecasting and replenishment solutions. This involves leveraging advanced tools and technologies to enhance inventory management, ensure product availability, and drive business growth.
This position requires a strong understanding of category dynamics and their impact on demand planning and replenishment processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting and Replenishment, Retail, and CPG functions, with a proven track record of implementing leading F&R solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategic direction and execution of forecasting and replenishment capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions by configuring, integrating, and training users on F&R systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, define to-be business processes, and ensure seamless system integration.
- Monitor solution performance, recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs, and continuously improve forecasting and replenishment processes.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting and Replenishment, Retail, and CPG functions.
- Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, designing, and integrating leading F&R solutions like JDA/BY, Relex, Oracle RPAS, o9, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Experience with assortment planning tools such as Oracle Retail RPAS, Anaplan, or o9 is a plus.
