Key Responsibilities Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Design effective training programs Select and book venues Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. Support and mentor new employees Keep attendance and other records Conduct evaluation to identify areas of improvement Monitor employee performance and response to training Key Requirements Diploma in any field. Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) required Certification (e.g. WLF, ACLP) is preferred but not essential. Applicants with ACLP will be given higher preference. Able to operate Ground Service Equipment (GSE)/ machineries used in airport preferred but not essential Willing to learn to operate all SATS GSE in order to conduct training Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools preferred Experience as a trainer preferred Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint) Confident in engaging an audience Good time management Critical thinking and decision making Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
