We are looking for a Partner Digital who will manage client relationships and help drive the digital agenda for respective clients. Your role will involve delivering digital solutions to fulfill clients" digital objectives.Reporting of the roleThis role reports to the Principal Partner Digital.In 3 Months- Gain a thorough understanding of the clients" businesses, including KPIs, key challenges, and unique aspects compared to other brands.- Learn the key tools and processes essential for the daily operations of the account.- Manage the day-to-day team output with high quality and responsiveness to client requests.In 6 Months- Develop a thorough knowledge of the media landscape of the brands you handle.- Establish relationships with key clients.- Integrate yourself into the internal team and understand the different specialist teams you work with.- Build a strong, collaborative relationship with your clients, acting as the senior contact across clients.- Enhance outputs and presentation quality of reviews/planning sessions.- Propose improvements in working methods or client processes.In 12 Months- Start consulting with clients on their business and how to influence business outcomes.- Drive incremental revenue and profitability for the team through fee and contract negotiations.- Lead and deliver all client responses to briefs with the team in a strategic manner.- Lead planning responses from insight and strategy to execution.- Inspire the team's skills development and growth.- Manage team workload efficiently for client delivery.- Provide timely and thorough feedback/appraisal to direct reports in a professional manner.What Your Day Job Looks Like- Manage and respond to client requests, delegating tasks to team members as needed.- Guide team members to enhance strategic thinking and media planning skills.- Drive digital acceleration and application of digital planning principles.- Collaborate closely with specialist teams to stay updated on their latest offerings.- Work closely with media partners on brief responses or pro-active initiatives.- Continuously learn about the clients" category/competitive activity and the evolving media landscape.- Attend internal, client, and cross-agency meetings.- Utilize insights to evaluate the impact on overall client communications.- Participate in new business pitches and provide comprehensive communication solutions.What You'll Bring- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach and a drive to create change.- Experience in digital strategy, media planning, digital consultancy, and execution in an agency environment.- Understanding of the programmatic landscape, trends, and technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP, etc.) is preferred.- Curiosity and the ability to ask meaningful questions, challenging briefs when necessary.- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality team outputs.- Proven experience in managing people and adapting management styles.- Strong team player.- Ability to navigate challenging client situations and manage expectations diplomatically.- Enterprising with the ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities.Minimum Qualifications- 9+ years of media agency/marketing/brand management experience.- Strong understanding of digital media.- Leadership skills/potential.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).- Passion for learning and openness to new challenges.Life At WPP Media & BenefitsOur commitment to shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them excel in their work.
