Pet Relocation Specialist

We are building an in-house pet relocation capability and are looking for a Pet Relocation Specialist to manage animal import and export regulatory processes end to end. This role focuses on compliance, documentation, and coordination to ensure pets move safely and in full accordance with AVS and destination-country requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage animal import, export and transhipment cases from intake to approval Prepare, submit and track AVS licence applications and related regulatory documentation Interpret AVS regulations, rabies risk categories, and country-specific requirements Review veterinary records, vaccination histories, microchip details and health certificates Coordinate with AVS, veterinarians, airlines, quarantine facilities and logistics partners Maintain accurate case files, timelines, SOPs and compliance checklists Provide clear regulatory guidance to internal teams and clients Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly Who This Role Is For 1–2 years of direct, hands‑on experience in animal import and export regulatory approvals, licences or compliance documentation Proven experience submitting government licence applications for animal movement Highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working with formal regulatory processes Experience with AVS, biosecurity, veterinary, logistics or regulated animal‑related industries is a strong advantage Why Join Us Build a new in‑house capability from the ground up High ownership and clear responsibility from day one Meaningful work supporting safe, compliant pet relocation Opportunity to grow into a senior or lead role as the operation scales Email your resume to #J-18808-Ljbffr
