Associate, PMO (Enterprise Service Management), Technology Group (1 Year Contract) Join GIC as an Associate, PMO (Enterprise Service Management), Technology Group for a 1-year contract role. GIC is one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, investing in over 40 countries globally across asset classes and businesses. The Technology Group (TG) is a key enabler, exploiting state-of-the-art information technologies to enhance GIC’s ability to be the leading global long-term investment firm. Responsibilities: Program and Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Steering Committee Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, organize pre-meeting discussions, manage logistics, facilitate meetings, and track discussions and action items. Procurement Support: Support procurement planning, manage due diligence, assist in RFP preparation and tracking, and maintain a central record of procurement activities. Requirements: 3+ years of work experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar role, demonstrating effective project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing issues, with strong problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Strong multitasking and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in managing virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
