• Supporting the Head of SEA Public Policy in developing and implementing the team's long-term and short-term strategy based on emerging issues, market trends, and business needs.
• Assisting the Chief of Staff in key PMO activities and processes, including team operations, reporting and business cadence, project planning, prioritisation, initiation, and execution.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the SEA Public Policy team, in close coordination with regional and local leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the team.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives, and building key strategic relationships internally to remove roadblocks, fill gaps, and streamline projects.
• Providing strategic input to the Head of SEA Public Policy on key areas of work, both internally and externally; determine priority of matters, and redirect them to staff or handle them personally, as appropriate.
• Aiding the Head of SEA Public Policy with preparing briefing materials, presentations, and other documents for high-level meetings and communications, both internally and externally.
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant policy developments externally, as well as progress of internal projects, to create updates, briefs and insight notes.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, business operations or business strategy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively within and across teams
• Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple projects at the same time

Preferred Qualifications

• Global mindset and sensitivity towards diverse cultures and working styles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating uncertainty
• Prior experience in public policy, government relations, or a related field is a plus.
