Coordinate changes and cancellations, and assist guests with booking-related issues. Handle Customer InquiriesRespond to guest questions both in-person and via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Provide detailed information about club services, ongoing promotions and upcoming events. Reception and Front Desk DutiesWelcome all guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check in players, distribute rental equipment if applicable, and process payments for court time, merchandise, or refreshments. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Administrative ProcessesMaintain accurate documentation and databases related to club operations, and support the club manager with administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate with Other Staff and DepartmentsCommunicate with coaches, facility maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience. Relay guest feedback and operational issues to the relevant teams. Promote Club Activities and EventsProvide information on upcoming tournaments, social events, and coaching programs. Encourage guest participation and assist with event sign-ups or logistics when needed.
