Looking for an experienced System Integration Manager to lead the design and deployment of integrated systems solutions. The role involves managing a team of System Integrators, Infrastructure Engineers, and Cyber Engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system integration of hardware and software components to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the System Integration Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee system integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect, System Engineer, Software Engineer, and Operation teams to design and implement integration solutions.
  • Develop integration strategies, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage team resources, including hiring, new hire onboarding, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges related to system integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and reports on integration processes, solutions, and project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience working with government agencies projects.
  • Good technical background in system integration, including hardware, software, network, and infrastructure.
  • Expertise in system architecture and cyber security.
  • Experience working with cloud data center (public and private).
  • Excellent team and project management skills and experiences.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and design effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards ISO, ITIL, and compliance requirements.
