Role: Group Account Director – Location: Singapore

About the role: Working in partnership with one of OLIVER’s largest accounts – H&M (a global retail company), the Group Account Director oversees the account strategically, working closely with regional clients and cross‑functional teams under their regional portfolio.

We’re looking for exceptional leaders who want to play a key part in an award‑winning agency—driving business growth and overseeing the smooth running of creative production.

Responsibilities
  • The GAD is the senior point of contact for regions under their remit and the point of client escalation. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams, resolve challenges swiftly and constructively to balance client expectations with the execution of creative work, maintaining high client confidence and retention.
  • Oversee the in‑market account management teams. Directly support the Regional Account Lead in forecasting, implementing, and delivering effectively and efficiently, while identifying growth opportunities tailored to each region’s needs.
  • Provide team leadership for cross‑functional teams under their region, such as digital, motion, and creative artwork. Motivate the team to excel.
  • Champion OLIVER’s strategic vision across regions and drive growth by adding value to clients’ business through fresh thinking and ideas, ensuring the agency stays at the forefront of initiatives with the right expertise.
  • Robust reporting and analytics — oversee and support the construction of yearly reviews, data‑led monthly reporting, campaign washups, and strategic QBRs. Translate data into insights to drive client recommendations and growth opportunities (upsell/cross‑sell).
  • Identify growth opportunities from regional tailored solutions to global opportunities, while maintaining an eye for risks and adopting a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Monitor KPIs and satisfaction metrics to manage and deliver against account performance targets and drive continuous improvement; communicate status and solutions to global stakeholders.
  • Accountable for all commercials and financial health of their regions, including P&L, monthly invoicing, and out‑of‑scope quotations.
  • Responsible for all people‑related and operational matters in regions, liaising with regional and global teams across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations, bringing the right people together toward a common goal.
  • Leveraging AI to champion automation and innovative ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital and print, covering owned and bought media.
  • Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to line manage up to 4 reports across different countries and time zones.
  • A strong passion for championing and producing engaging creative across bought media, high‑quality graphics, visual merchandising, and digital content across platforms.
  • Strong account and project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities; you’ll be great with clients and adept at adding value throughout the end‑to‑end creative process.
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaign initiation, execution, and closure.
  • Proficiency in financial management and forecasting.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
  • Schedule and manage team priorities and deadlines.
  • Brand guardianship.
  • Exceptional ability to build trust and influence at the executive level, and to manage senior stakeholders globally.
  • Passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies. Knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and digest benefits and features is critical.
