Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to drive backend development, mentor a team of developers, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications. You will lead design, architecture, and implementation, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Working Hours: Mon- Fri
  • Working Location: Central
  • Salary Package: Up to $8200 (basic) + AWS + VB
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Architect, design, and develop backend services using Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Drive adoption of microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java backend development; 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
