Job Type: Long Term Contract Responsibilities Design and lead the development of solutions to meet business requirements. Drive standardization and best practices during the implementation of solutions. Own technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure alignment with functional specifications. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Create and maintain configuration documents. Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning for applications. Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing solutions. Lead discussions and workshops to identify and clarify business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to optimize and propose alternative solutions when necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science or IT. Proficiency in Java and related technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring WebFlux, GraphQL, OData, and RESTful web services. Experience in frontend development with Angular or React. Strong object-oriented programming skills with a solid understanding of design patterns. Experience in SQL Database design, preferably with Oracle. Experience in API Management and API Documentation. Proficiency with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM), and SOLID principles. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of project ownership, capable of meeting deadlines and handling time constraints. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
