Technical Support & Training Ensure prompt and effective support services for staff, students, and parents. Build and run training initiatives to strengthen digital confidence within the school community. Maintain a structured helpdesk system to track and resolve issues efficiently. Governance, Compliance & Data Protection Uphold data protection standards and regulatory requirements. Manage processes for data storage, backup protocols, and disaster recovery. Handle vendor relationships to secure reliable and cost‑effective solutions. Engage with external agencies, regulators, and tech partners where necessary. Requirements Education & Experience Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar disciplines. At least eight years of IT leadership experience. Experience in a school or academic setting is a strong plus. Technical Expertise Solid understanding of networks, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity practices. Skilled in managing LMS, SIS, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and data solutions. Leadership & Soft Skills Strong track record of leading and motivating IT teams. Excellent communication and ability to work closely with educators and administrative staff. Strong judgement, problem‑solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
