The candidate will be the key point of contact for our customers to fulfill orders and liaise with the warehouse to ensure shipments are processed timely and accurately. All candidates should be analytical and customer service oriented.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff in daily activities, including inbound/outbound, returns, and inventory control.
  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
  • Conduct cycle count activities and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates on services, products, and order status.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with security, health & safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and punctuality.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Contract Logistics/Healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Warehouse Management System.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
