The Director of Real Estate Sales is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and driving revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's sales targets while providing guidance and leadership to the sales teams to ensure consistent performance. Analyzing market trends, competition, and business opportunities will be crucial in driving growth. Additionally, you will establish relationships with key stakeholders and clients to expand the company's reach. Collaboration with senior management on budget and financial goals is also expected.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in real estate sales and leadership positions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective performance.This is a full-time, freelance position with an 18-month contract length. The benefits include commuter assistance and provided food. The schedule for this role is a day shift, Monday to Friday, with morning shifts and weekend availability. There are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on achievements.The ideal candidate will have a total of 9 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in real estate sales.
