Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Project Manager to lead Agile projects and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product goals with execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure project goals, scope, and timelines are clearly communicated and met. Track sprint progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity. Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance. Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Assist in translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments. Working knowledge of Product Owner responsibilities and Agile product lifecycle. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus.
