Base pay range SGD24,000.00/yr - SGD40,000.00/yr Responsibilities Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problems, including identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation. Offsite standby support for emergency incidents/cases after office hours on a weekly rotational basis among team personnel. Duty engineers on standby must answer all incoming calls within 10 rings and return dropped/missed calls within 15 minutes. Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Bank's standard processors (Intel, AMD, MAC) based desktops, notebooks, printers, iPads, scanners, and associated hardware components. Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft applications, and MobileIron on Desktop and Notebook PCs. Qualifications Experience in desktop support administration and support. Good communication skills. Familiarity with end-user computing environment and desktop support workflow. Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting (Telnet, tracert, hopping, DNS, McAfee Scanning). Good understanding of AD, group policy, proxy settings, PowerExcel, latest Windows OS.
