What the role is:

You work closely with MINDEF leadership to drive transformation efforts, develop organisational development initiatives, and support mindset and behavioural changes throughout the organisation.

What you will be working on:

- Set direction for MINDEF's transformation efforts- Articulate clear transformation outcomes- Drive actionable solutions for sustained change- Develop organisational development action plans- Improve performance, agility and collaboration- Identify and develop expertise in tools and techniques to support leadership in driving mindset and behavioural changes- Harmonise transformation workstreamsChallenge(s)- Managing multiple stakeholders and thrust leads- Harmonising diverse workstreams while maintaining transformation goals- Sustaining long-term transformation momentum- Balancing fast-moving and competing demands- Building cross-agency collaborations- Driving consensus among diverse stakeholders- Working with unstructured and evolving initiatives

What we are looking for:

- At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in policy, plans, transformation or innovation- Strong writing and presentation abilities- Excellent analytical capabilities- Project management expertise- Strong stakeholder management skills- Quick-thinking and innovative mindset- Comfort with uncertainty and evolving work- Understanding of organisational behaviour- Drive for continuous improvementOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
