About the role - you will: Develop and lead proactive government relations strategies in Thailand to advance Seagate’s corporate objectives and interests. Build strategic relationships with senior government officials, relevant industry groups, and other stakeholders within the government ecosystem to drive results. Coordinate extensively with internal business partners to deliver key opportunities and mitigate relevant business challenges, working both with in‑country leadership of Seagate’s operational sites, as well as executives in other functions around the globe. Inform Seagate leadership and business partners on legislative, regulatory, and political developments that may present risks or opportunities to Seagate’s business and operations. About you: Demonstrated experience working with relevant Thai stakeholders (e.g., Board of Investment, Ministry of Commerce, and/or other similar organizations) and nuanced understanding of Thai government policies and processes. Self‑motivated, flexible, and capable of developing strategy and delivering results on a variety of key initiatives amidst a complex global political environment. Proficiency at developing and maintaining strong partnerships at all levels with multinational and multicultural internal teams, as well as with external government relations stakeholders. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Your experience includes: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience Deep government/policy experience – in a company, government, trade association, consulting firm, and/or other relevant organizations.
