Job Description You will take the lead in establishing the company’s governance framework in a Director-level position. Serve as a coordinator in the Board of Directors and management meetings, monitoring daily operations and key management decisions. Work closely with the parent company (Japan headquarters) to ensure effective communication, reporting, and alignment on strategies, progress, and issue resolution. Collaborate with the parent company (Japan headquarters) to build and enhance the governance structure and internal control systems.
