Job Description You will take the lead in establishing the company’s governance framework in a Director-level position. Serve as a coordinator in the Board of Directors and management meetings, monitoring daily operations and key management decisions. Work closely with the parent company (Japan headquarters) to ensure effective communication, reporting, and alignment on strategies, progress, and issue resolution. Collaborate with the parent company (Japan headquarters) to build and enhance the governance structure and internal control systems. Requirements Overseas assignment experience Professional experience in the IT or ERP industry Experience as a member of a management team Experience in legal and compliance functions Experience in establishing and operating corporate governance frameworks Strong Japanese language abilities (speaking, reading and writing) are required as this position needs to report and meeting with head office with only Japanese language It is desirable that the number of job changes is small Preferred Qualifications Qualified lawyer in Singapore or another jurisdiction #J-18808-Ljbffr
