Overview

Are you passionate about financial strategy, M&A, and growth planning on a global scale? Our client, a leading player in the Agri sector, is looking for a Senior Manager Corporate Development to join their HQ team in Singapore. This is a high-impact role involving global M&A , greenfield investments , divestments , and strategic initiatives —with exposure to C-level decision-making and potential IPO support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of investment and divestment projects from end to end
  • Conduct market research, due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation
  • Work cross-functionally to evaluate strategic options and deliver key business insights
  • Monitor and review performance of investment portfolios
  • Contribute to global strategy across emerging markets and high-growth sectors
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in investment analysis, corporate strategy, or M&A (in-house or advisory)
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Background in agri-commodities, B2B food, or emerging markets is a plus
  • International mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • MBA, CFA, or other relevant qualifications preferred
