Head of Enterprise Sales role at Spencer Ogden (APAC region).
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.
- Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Establish clear sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Drive enterprise-level new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close large, complex sales opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead generation and regional market expansion.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within APAC.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at key regional industry events and conferences.
- Implement sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a Senior Sales leadership role.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering a sense of partnership and loyalty.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, solutions, and product information to clients.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting clients\' needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales and Business Development: Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiation Skills: Skill in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing with clients while maintaining a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and develop creative solutions to address client needs.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company\'s products or services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
