Eldercare Programme Executive

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned cluster, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain accurate and updated records to support reporting and follow-up actions. Conduct client intakes, assessments, and ensure complete and accurate data entry in the system. Serve as the main point of contact for eldercare beneficiaries, providing guidance and support where needed. Coordinate monthly distributions such as meals and grocery packs based on cluster needs. Plan, organise, and support events and activities that promote elder wellness and social inclusion. Work closely with volunteers for befriending programmes and community visits, ensuring suitable matching and engagement. Support volunteer management efforts, including coordination, deployment, and feedback collection. Participate in hotline duty rotation and handle incoming calls promptly and appropriately. Redirect calls to relevant departments (e.g., funeral assistance team) when necessary. Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in community engagement or eldercare services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for working with seniors. Detail-oriented with solid organisational and data management skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking beneficiaries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
