Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role is remote-first with occasional office visits , and is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in customer-facing support and is eager to grow deeper into DevOps.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing senior-level support for a challenging customer environment – excellent communication and confidence in dealing with stakeholders is essential.
  • Working within Azure cloud environments, supporting infrastructure and services.
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git, Bicep, and PowerShell (experience with Infrastructure as Code is a plus; willingness to learn Bicep is great too).
  • Managing and supporting Windows Server environments, with exposure (or willingness to learn) Linux.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and customer teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimise solutions.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a cloud engineering or senior support role (Azure-focused).
  • Strong background in Windows Server (Linux knowledge a plus, but we'll help you upskill).
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage with difficult customers in a professional, confident manner.
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience with Git, scripting (PowerShell), and infrastructure as code.
  • Based in Singapore (we cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time).
  • Remote-first flexibility with supportive leadership.
