In this role, you will support the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) for operational and ICT risk within TechOps, ensuring effective risk ownership, mitigation, and coverage. You will work closely with the 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense to uphold a strong ICT control framework aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, GDPR, PSD2), cybersecurity standards, ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 27001), and local obligations, especially in regions like APAC

  • Act as the risk and control owner within the Service Management team, overseeing risk and control ownership.
  • Ensure daily operations reflect sound risk management, with risks properly documented, assessed, and mitigated.
  • Maintain effective operational controls through regular reviews and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations via continuous regulatory monitoring and updates.
  • Translate regulatory amendments for TechOps and maintain a local yearly regulatory schedule.
  • Review procedures and work instructions for local compliance, implementing necessary controls accordingly.
  • Coordinate audit responses and share control reporting with stakeholders, while sustaining a robust daily control framework.

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, you should have at least four years of relevant experience in ICT risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit processes. You hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and you bring a solid understanding of key regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR, PSD2, ICT obligations, and cybersecurity standards. Familiarity with ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, is also expected.

You demonstrate proficiency in ICT risk and control frameworks, and you have a good working knowledge of Azure cloud platforms as well as cybersecurity principles and practices. You possess strong business acumen and an awareness of the organizational challenges that come with digital risk. You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Certifications in business analysis or project management are considered a plus, as is any experience with ServiceNow.

On a personal level, you combine analytical thinking with a practical problem-solving approach. You are confident working with figures, statistics, and regulatory materials, and you understand the value of process optimization and structured project execution. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—allow you to explain complex information clearly and effectively.

Adaptable and autonomous, you perform well under pressure and can keep pace in a fast-moving, international setting.
