Overview Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Regional Business Finance (Banking) – Sea Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) is a leading global consumer internet company founded in Singapore in 2009. The role supports standardization of accounting-related matters across regional banking entities, and collaboration with country finance teams on banking-related processes, system implementations, and financial planning activities. Responsibilities Play a key role in standardizing accounting-related matters across regional banking entities, including accounting policies, procedures, chart of accounts, and related controls. Coordinate with stakeholders across country finance teams to execute alignment projects for banking, such as process improvement and system implementation. Develop business models, identify potential finance & tax risks, and propose feasible solutions to the banking business to drive excellence and continuous improvement. Assist in the rollout of new banking initiatives, evaluating potential finance and tax impacts. Oversee and guide country finance teams on month-end closing, data accuracy, and other accounting matters. Analyze financial performance and key operation statistics to support decision making. Provide data, insights and analytics to support data-driven decisions for the team. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related fields, or professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ISCA). 6 years of relevant banking experience and/or Big 4 external audit in banking is desired. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in the banking context. Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Microsoft Excel. Team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment.
