The Role We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst/Analyst, FP&A and Strategic Finance, to support our strategic and financial decision-making. Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be a key member of the finance team, helping to enhance financial performance and accountability. You will play an essential role by providing analytical support for our forecasting & planning, pricing, and performance tracking processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to partner with various business lines and team leads, delivering analysis and insights that guide our Card Issuing and Cross-border payment flows in both fiat and crypto. Key Roles & Responsibilities Forecasting & Planning: Support the periodic forecasting and business planning processes. Maintain and update financial models, gather inputs from business partners, validate assumptions, and prepare variance analysis to explain performance against budget. Pricing/Revenue Strategy: Assist the finance and business teams in evaluating new pricing structures and partnership agreements. Build and maintain financial models to analyze the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, gross margin, and other key metrics. KPIs & Benchmarking: Help track and report on a comprehensive set of financial and operational KPIs. Prepare dashboards and management reports, and gather data for benchmarking against industry peers. Capital/Resource Allocation: Provide analytical support for evaluating strategic initiatives and market expansion plans. Assist in financial analysis and tracking resource allocation such as headcount and OPEX against the budget. What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a highly analytical role. Experience in fintech, payments, e-money, or banking is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail; comfortable interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations. Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills; ability to build robust, scalable, and understandable models from scratch. Interest or prior exposure to card issuing, payment networks, cross-border payments, FX management, or crypto. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation of analysis. Proactive, results-oriented mindset; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., pursuing ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are a plus.
