Job Description Job Summary: Manage a portfolio of clients by providing financial solutions to meet their needs through cross-functional collaboration within UOB. Responsibilities Develop strong client relationships by understanding clients’ businesses and financial goals, and delivering exceptional service quality. Advise clients on optimal financial structures and investment strategies based on their risk appetite and business objectives. Identify opportunities for UOB to serve clients better, including identifying areas where we can provide innovative solutions. Work closely with colleagues across UOB to provide integrated solutions that address clients’ needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, as well as maintain high standards of conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients and other stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum degree in Business or Finance. At least 10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in corporate banking or investment banking. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities. Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation. Experience working with multinational companies. Experience working in Singapore.
