Overview

Responsible for the development of the Perovskite-silicon tandem products as part of next generation technology projects. Works closely with engineers during experimentation and evaluations in REC technology labs and production lines. The candidate should be a motivated, hands-on process and characterization expert to bring the next generation technology up to production level. Also engaged in designing/specifying equipment requirements for setting up the production line. Monitors external developments in the field relevant to REC's business success.

Responsibilities
  • Bring expertise in Perovskite-Si Tandem solar cell and module development, materials characterization and integration to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Design, evaluate and specify the tool requirements for setting up the production line.
  • Manage all delegated projects and report status.
  • Keep up-to-date on new external developments on processes and materials for Tandem solar cells.
  • Develop a network with experts in Singapore and abroad in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
  • PhD degree in Engineering or Science
  • Prefer 10 years of experience in industry (thin-film, display, Perovskite)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Perovskite-Si Tandem solar cell processes, materials and integration
