Responsibilities Evaluate the company’s day‑to‑day cash flow and liquidity needs, considering liquidity risk, inventory pool utilization, and payment requirements. Serve as the communication bridge between business units and Treasury to build a proper operation flow framework. Track financial data and create reconciliation reports with enhanced data accuracy and timeliness. Perform day‑to‑day settlements and cold‑wallet operations to ensure customer holdings meet regulation requirements. Prepare short‑term cash forecasts, optimize bank fees, interest rates, and cash‑management services. Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to support treasury operations. Maintain timely and accurate transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related majors. 3–5 years of related working experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Liquidity Risk Management. Experience in the crypto industry is a must. Strong analytical skills, high work commitment, energetic, innovative spirit, high pressure resistance, and a team player.
