Associate Director, Business Manager, Treasury COO (Singapore, India) Join Standard Chartered as Associate Director, Business Manager, Treasury COO to drive business management activities, non‑financial risk oversight, treasury support, governance and risk control self‑assessment (RCSA). The role partners with Treasury leadership to enhance business efficiency. Scope of Role Non‑financial risk management for Treasury across Group, cluster and country, covering Capital, Liquidity, IRRBB, FTP and RRP. Implementation and oversight of non‑financial risk policies and embedding controls across Treasury frameworks. Ownership of treasury business support initiatives including Resilience, business continuity, OCIR, EUC, and audit support. Governance and committee support, including input to non‑financial risk committees and forums. Periodic RCSA delivery, embedding controls, monitoring operational risk events, and driving risk treatment plans. Stakeholder engagement with Treasury process owners, second and third line representatives, and global operational risk teams. Regulatory and conduct compliance, embedding the highest standards of ethics across the bank. Key Responsibilities Drive non‑financial risk policy implementation and oversight, embedding controls across Treasury. Lead the periodic RCSA in Treasury, ensuring its embedding across Treasury, Group, cluster and country levels. Manage operational initiatives including resilience, business continuity, OCIR, EUC and audit support. Support and provide input to Treasury non‑financial risk committees and forums. Monitor non‑financial risk, operational events and near misses; provide escalation and remediation guidance. Engage effectively with Treasury process owners and internal audit stakeholders. Display exemplary conduct, embedding ethical standards across the bank. Ideal Candidate 5+ years in Treasury, Markets, Operations risk management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong non‑financial risk management expertise. Advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
