Laboratory Technician, Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all laboratory tests are well managed and performed including testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products

Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are maintained and calibrated

Manage the inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables

Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports

Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval

Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request

Develop training to build quality and safety awareness

To maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware

Handle administration work of factory when required

Job Requirements:

Min Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent

Entry level (preferably 2 years experience in handling wet chemistry and laboratory management)

Preferably with knowledge / skills on ISO900, ISO 13485 and ISO14001 Quality Management knowledge and current Good clinical/ laboratory/ manufacturing/ pharmaceutical practices (cGXP)

Strong troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments

Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Positive working attitude with sense of urgency

Able to work independently as well as an effective team player

Self-driven and motivated to improve processes

Working hours: 0800H - 1645H

Work location : 19 Jalan Tukang
