Job Summary

As a Wealth Management, UHNW Banker, Executive Director in the Taiwan market team at JP Morgan, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of client relationships across the team, including understanding clients' wealth objectives and investment requirements, and collaborating with other Specialists to provide high-quality client service and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team, and develop and maintain long-term relationships through professional or personal networks and contacts.
• Build a portfolio of clients using resources and expertise of JPMorgan's platforms, products, services, and networks, actively involved in prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists and convert them into clients and deepen relationships.
• Manage and coordinate with various teams to address overall account inquiries and maintenance, as well as investment-related aspects.
• Articulate and deliver strategic messages to their portfolio, prepare presentations and proposals, and take both solicited and unsolicited orders in all asset classes. Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks.
• Partner with the clients including updating Know Your Client (KYC) information, client suitability profile, hosting client meetings, monitoring funds/asset transfer and handling client ad-hoc queries.
• Collaborate with other integrated team members to provide a high quality of client service.
• Keeping track of Clients, Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenues using internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance.
• Work with other teams to meet all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in wealth management space, with strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding and working knowledge of private banking regulatory and control environments relevant to the team, able to manage accounts accordingly
• Proven client management skills and effective communication (oral and written) to engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; team player able to work with different business functions across the bank
• Operate with high integrity and risk awareness
• Comfort and experience reporting to senior management
• Proficiency in Business Mandarin is essential for interaction with Chinese-speaking clients from Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Local regulatory qualification and licenses preferred; if not, sit for Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2 to register with MAS for private banking
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines
• Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments
