Position Overview As part of the team, you will be the Business Tech Lead for the National-level SAP FIMM Consolidation Project at the cluster, supporting Cluster's Group Finance and institution users. Role & Responsibilities Drive finance strategies and harmonization across the NUHS cluster Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S4/HANA FIMM and other finance systems Develop and execute technology-based strategies to enhance finance processes and operational efficiencies Oversee the SAP S4/HANA FIMM implementation program, coordinating with stakeholders, GCIO, Synapxe, and external providers Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets Ensure quality and completeness of business scenarios and operational rules for solution design, testing and deployment Change Management and Communication Drive adoption of new finance systems across the cluster Lead change management activities and communication strategies Oversee the development and rollout of end-user training programs Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across complex business environments Mediate and resolve conflicts at work group and cross-cluster levels Maintain strong relationships and close engagement with internal teams, external partners, and vendors Requirements Extensive knowledge and expertise in Finance Systems, covers Financial, Procurement and Material Management/Logistics functionalities Minimum 10 years of experience in finance systems or equivalent field Strong project management and change management skills Proven ability to lead large-scale system implementations and transformations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Advanced knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and other financial management systems Apply Now NOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT #J-18808-Ljbffr
