– Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Requirements
Candidate with SAP knowledge
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing systems, database management, and contract negotiation
Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office & SAP ERP System
Responsibilities
Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with Purchasing Policies
Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
Liaison with logistic team to maintain stock list and minimal stock out
Monitors and perform reports (i.e trend analysis, spend analysis, vendor performance).
Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization or innovative ways of sourcing
Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply or product and services
Form committee to evaluate goods and services after tender
Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement
Assists in projects and any other duties as assigned by the Manager
