We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Strategist with a sharp strategic mind and strong visual sensibility to shape and elevate our brand across multiple markets and products. You’ll be the bridge between business goals, product vision, and creative execution—crafting compelling narratives, building clear brand frameworks, and ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint. While your primary focus is strategy, you’ll also bring ideas to life through high-level visual concepts, moodboards, and design references that inspire our creative teams.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $8,000 (basic) + AWS + VB

What You’ll Do
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, values, and messaging architecture.
  • Develop tailored brand strategies for different markets and audiences.
  • Partner with creative and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across design, content, and experience.
  • Create moodboards, concept visuals, and references to guide creative execution.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Provide brand direction and messaging frameworks for product launches and campaigns.
  • Present strategies to senior stakeholders, building alignment and buy-in.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of brand strategy experience, ideally across multiple markets or products.
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Visual sensibility with the ability to turn strategy into creative concepts.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in creative, marketing, and product.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in tech, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
  • Knowledge of digital brand activation and omnichannel strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer research and analytics tools.
