Overview

Frazer Jones is exclusively retained to conduct a confidential search to appoint a Global Head of HR for a fast-growing, innovation-led company headquartered in Singapore. This is a newly created leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for designing and building a global HR function from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s people strategy across multiple markets.
  • Build foundational HR infrastructure and scalable, fit-for-purpose people processes to enable business growth through culture, capability and organisational development.
  • Drive the implementation of a global HRIS platform and ensure data-led decision-making across the organisation.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards and operational excellence, aligned to commercial objectives.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial HR leader with experience building HR from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in SMEs or founder-led businesses; comfortable with pace, ambiguity and resource constraints.
  • Proven track record implementing global HRIS platforms and leading HR operational excellence.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution at speed and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Prior HR experience in Singapore and a strong understanding of Singapore’s employment legislation and manpower regulations .
Compensation

Total compensation up to SGD 220,000 per annum , plus participation in the company’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs).

Location

Based in Singapore; reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
