Founded in 1905 as the Straits Settlements and Federated Malay States Government Medical School, NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore Job Description Marketing and Outreach: Promoting the MFE program through various channels, such as online platforms, social media (including WeChat, Xiaohongshu), webinars, open houses, and coursework fairs. External Communication: Publishing articles and maintaining communication channels for the programme's WeChat accounts. Events Management: Manage MFE events, info sessions and open house. Support and coordinate activities related to RMI events and seminars. MFE Admission administration: Liaise with prospective applicants on application documentation and submissions. Responsible for growing WeChat account followers. Providing administrative support and logistic planning for RMI annual conference. Qualifications A recognised Bachelor's degree in any discipline 3-4 years of relevant experience in higher education marketing, admissions and outreach. Strong proficiency in Chinese language. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Strong organizational skills, accuracy and capable of managing admissions for academic programmes. Able to display tact and discretion in handling admissions information. Ability to manage multiple tasks and be attentive to details Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
